At LuvvyBug.com, we uphold a 3-day return policy, providing you with a 3-day window subsequent to receiving your item to request a return, but only in cases where THE ITEM IS DAMAGED.
After placing your order there is a 48 hour window where we can accept cancellations, once the product is dispatched we can no longer accept requests to cancel.
To be eligible for a return, your item should display breakage or operational malfunction. Additionally, retaining the receipt or valid proof of purchase is a requirement.
Commencing a return entails describing the encountered issue and forwarding images showcasing the item's malfunction to our support email at officialluvvybug@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive a return shipping label along with comprehensive instructions outlining the process and designated return location. Notably, items dispatched to us without prior initiation of the return request will not meet the criteria for acceptance.
